Disciplinary Process
When a ticket has been submitted to the moderator team, moderators strive to review within 72 hours of submission. Review times may vary depending on ticket volume.
During reviews of clips and server logs, moderators will note relevant information to the ticket. If there are multiple tickets regarding the same incident, moderators will review all evidence provided to them and discuss. Once a determination has been made, the moderator team will address the participants, vaguely discussing the issues presented as well as informing them of any disciplinary action made.
The teams believe in confidentiality in reports. Moderators and various levels of staff will not discuss details unless of course the confidentiality has already been broken by participants of the issue. There may be times where staff will address the community at large if there is a reoccurring issue presented to them in a short span of time.
All disciplinary actions and decisions made by staff are final.
Ban Types
Soft Ban
Commonly referred to as a ‘timeout’, a soft ban is when a player is restricted access to the server or community Discord for a temporary predetermined length of time. Soft bans are typically presented after a player has been found guilty of a rule break, or presented unruly behaviors within the game server or Discord.
These bans are not appealable. Players must wait out their ban before they are given access to the server again. Soft Bans will never exceed 30 days from the server.
Permanent Ban
Permanent bans are when a player is restricted access to the server or community Discord indefinitely. Permanent bans are typically presented after a player has been found guilty of numerous rule breaks, exploits, or continuous disruptive behavior in the game server or Discord.
Ban Appeals
If you have been banned from the game server only you may appeal this ban type after 30 days of the initial ban date.

If you have been banned from the Discord & game server you will no longer have access to appeal your ban. Players are typically banned from the Discord for harassment of staff or the community, offensive behavior, or blatant disrespect of staff or the community.
